摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare the content of forsythoside A and phillyrin of Forsythiae Fructus collected in the earlier period harvest,called ‘Qiang Qing’,andthe earlier than normal period harvest.Methods:24 samples collected from 12 main distribution places of Forsythia suspensa with conresponding ‘Qiang Qing’harvest and the earlier than normal period harvest.Forsythoside A and phillyrin content were determined by HPLC.Results:The contents of forsythoside A and phillyrin of the fruits in ‘Qiang Qing’ period were higher than those with later period harvest in 12 groups of samples,except few groups.The average contents of these two chemicals were 1.32 times and 1.42 times higher,respectively.Conclusion:The significance of the high content of young fruit such as forsythoside A and phillyrin in “Qiang Qing”period should be concerned.‘Qiang Qing’harvest reduced the yield greatly and should be avoid and cut down.关键词
