Abstract
Objective:Near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS)and chemometrics techniques were used for the rapid quantitative analysis of hyodeoxycholic acid.Methods:The content of hyodeoxycholic acid,was determined by chemical titration.Near infraredspectra of the samples were measured by the integrating sphere.The multivariate calibration method and first derivative test were used for spectral pre-processing.Calibration model of the hyodeoxycholic acid content was established by the partial least squares regression analysis.Twenty batches of samples were tested to validate the model.Results:The coefficient of determination (R)for the model was 0.998 2.The root mean square error of cross-validation (RMSECV)was 0.862 and root mean square error of prediction (RMSEP)was 0.671.The relative standard deviation of the system and the method was 0.80 % and 1.60 % .Conclusion:The NIRS model was proved to be a rapid and exact method for the quantitative determination of hyodeoxycholic acid.关键词
