畲药搁公扭根的质量标准研究
Study on Quality Standard of Traditional She Medicine "Ge gongniugen"
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To improve the quality standard of traditional she medicine—Ge gongniugen.Methods:The microscopical characteristics were identified by microscopical method,and index ingredient (Gallic acid)were determined by HPLC.The water content,total ash and ethanol-soluble extractives were determined according to the method in appendix of"pharmacopoeia of people’s republic of china".Results:Characteristics of microscopical identification of Ge gongniugen were obviously.A good linearity of psoralen was at 3.881 ~38.81 μg·mL -1 (r =0.999 7),and the average recovery rate was 99.47% (n =6),RSD =1.22%.The content of gallic acid in 14 batches of Ge gongniugen was in the range of 0.28%-1.46%.The results of water content,total ash and ethanol-soluble extractives were in the range of 5.0%-10.2%,1.4%-3.6% and 14.4%-41.8%,respectively.Conclusion:This method is simple,accurate,applicable for the quality control of Ge gongniugen.关键词
