当归藁本内酯抗老年痴呆作用研究进展OACSTPCD
Advances in Effect of Ligustilide of Radix Angelicae Sinensis on Prevention and Treatment of Senile Dementia
当归藁本内酯是当归挥发油的主要活性成分，其在当归中的含量较高。随着当归藁本内酯提取、贮存技术的发展，藁本内酯的药理作用研究越来越受到人们的关注，前人对其降压、镇痛、平喘、消炎、解热、抗菌、镇静、催眠等的药理作用作过较多综述，本文就近年来当归藁本内酯对老年痴呆药理作用的研究展开综述，为其治疗老年痴呆提供参考。
