Advances in Effect of Ligustilide of Radix Angelicae Sinensis on Prevention and Treatment of Senile Dementia
摘要
Abstract
Ligustilide is the main active ingredient in essential oil of Radix Angelicae Sinensis,and the content is quite higher.Along with the development of ligustilide extraction and storage technology,more attentions have been paid to pharmacological effects of ligustilide.Previous literature reviews have been made on pharmacological effects of ligustilide on lowering blood pressure, analgesia, relieving asthma, anti-inflammation, antipyresis, relieving pressure, antipyretic, antibiosis,sedation and hypnosis and so on.This review summarizes the advances in effect of ligustilide of Radix Angelicae Sinensis on prevention and treatment of senile dementia in recent years,which can provide the references for prevention and treatment of senile dementia.关键词
