Abstract
In order to speculate that the future development direction and trend of Dendrobium officinale Beverage,the market prospect of Dendrobium officinale Beverage that use original bulb as raw material was analyzed,interview survey method,on-the-spot investigation method and questionnaire investigation method was carried out on the investigation of the current situation of Dendrobium officinale Beverage.Survey results showed that Dendrobium officinale was in great demand on the n]arket,and still in short supply,but the sale of Dendrobium officinale Beverage with fresh branch freshly squeezed existing problems such as expensive,propaganda was insufficient and of poor taste,Dendrobium officinale Beverage that use original bulb as the raw material have the advantages of less waste of raw n]aterials and low time cost,developing canned or bottled beverages was expected to become a new generation of Dendrobium oficinale affordable beverage.关键词
