摘要
Abstract
According to the traditional scaling method , the large distortion of the image structure will be produced when carry-ing through the non-proportional scaling.In this regard, the salient region of the image to be processed will firstly be identified by the Fourier transform, and the corresponding energy in the region will be raised .Secondly, the edge map of the image can be ob-tained by the edge feature extraction.Then we assign the different weights in the alien region .Furthermore, the non-critical low-energy line can be found, deleted or inserted to maintain the image structure without distortion .Meantime, the edge features of the image information can also be preserved.Experimental results show that the proposed method holds the good anti -distortion performance in the manipulation of the non -proportional scaling.关键词
