基于AD9959与STM32 F4的时栅位移传感器电气系统设计*
The Design of Time Grating Displacement Sensor Electrical System Based on AD9959 and STM32 F4*

Abstract
Based on the traditional Time Grating Displacement Sensor signal processing system, we put forward a new control circuit with Time Grating Displacement Sensor that using AD9959 and STM32 F4 to replace the original signal processing system that using CPLD,FPGA and DSP. The practical application shows when using 48 pole Time Grating Sensor,the error of the whole period(0o ~360o) as ± 1. 62". The program streamlines of circuit structure improve the reliability and stability of the signal system,and also reduce costs of the production.关键词
