The research progress of diffusion tensor imaging for early diagnosis of Alzheimer disease
摘要
Abstract
Alzheimer disease (AD) is a chronic degenerative disease of central nervous system, with high incidence, diagnosed late, poor prognosis, which resulting in heavy burden of the family and the society. Magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) is the only non-invasive method of displaying living brain white matter fiber currently. Studies have shown that DTI has a certain value for the diagnosis of Amnesia-mild cognitive impairment (aMCI) and AD, finding that the FA values decreased in the corpus callosum, the fornix and other areas in the brain of AD, which may providing some help for the early diagnosis of AD and the detection of pathological developments.关键词
