基于ARIZ的复合式旋流器结构布局优化及创新研究
Innovation research of structure layout and optimization based on ARIZ for compound hydrocyclone

Abstract
A process for resolving complex problems in products with ARIZ was described ,and a kind of analysis process for product problem evaluated was put forward .The innovative design of compound hydrocyclone was mainly concentrated on the static unit construction ,rotating vane , overflow system ,liquid supply ,separation structure arrangement and so on .The working princi-ple of the compound hydrocyclone was described ,and the component model of compound hydro-cyclone was built with computer-aided design software Pro/Innovator 5.0 .It has been found that the main reason of the energy loss and low separating efficiency was the separation structure de-sign and layout that was not reasonable .Finally ,an effective structure design and layout scheme of separation structure was discovered using ARIZ process .It is proved that the generality and ef-ficiency of ARIZ is verified to resolve complex problems for products .关键词
