铁芯材料对大间隙磁力传动系统驱动性能的影响
Influence of core material on driving property of large gap magnetic drive system
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the driving properties of the large gap magnetic drive system ,the o-riented silicon steel sheets was used to be the electromagnet core instead of the non-oriented one . Then the driving torques generated by the two kinds of the electromagnet cores was analyzed by ANSYS ,and the driving properties of the two kinds of electromagnet cores were compared through experiment .The experimental results show that the drive torque generated by the elec-tromagnet core of the oriented silicon steel sheet is higher than that of the non-oriented one in the case of the same current ,to provide a basis of the optimization on the electromagnetic structure and size .关键词
