摘要

Abstract

Jingtang Harbor 200 000 DWT approach channel of Tangshan Port is the biggest large-scale man-made channel which is constructed on silty coast in China,intensive analysis and research are carried out, which focus on main technical problems occurred in the early-stage study, design and construction of 200 000 DWT approach channel such as line selection, main dimension design, layout of sediment trapping breakwater entrance,sudden sedimentation and cross current at channel entrance etc.. In addition,the related solution is put forward. The above success will provide references for high-grade channel constructed on the silty coast with complex sediment movement.
