摘要
Abstract
Under the differences and multi-layers of advanced engineering education being systematically researched, the necessity of choice rational talentscultivation goal is presented. Based on Taylor basic principle of the curriculum,and the ideal norm of student profession,the ideal norm of social needs and the ideal norm of subjectexperts on thetalentscultivation are proposed.For thetalentscultivation goalsof the civilengineering majorsof Qiqihar Universityasan example,the building scientificapproach of the talentscultivation goalis shown.关键词
