摘要
Abstract
In recent years,the relationship between autophagy and tumor has become a hot topic.Beclin 1 is a kind of autophagy genes in mammals,the study found that Beclin 1 can be adjusted in the Beclin 1 expression in gastric cancer,and influence tumor growth,differentiation,or even participate in regulating tumor chemotherapy drug resistance.There is close relationship between tumor proliferation signal pathway and autophagy regulation.Studies have found that the expression of Beclin 1 was down regulated in gastric cancer.Therefore,Beclin 1could increase cell autophagic activity."The manipulation of autophagy" may be a new prospect for tumor treatment after surgical operation treatment,chemotherapy,radiotherapy,hyperthermia therapy,immune therapy and Chinese medicine treatment.Now summarize of the relationship between Beclin 1 gene and tumor,especially for reviewing the progress of gastric cancer research.关键词
