Abstract
To enhance the clinical significance of diagnostic accuracy studies, bias should be avoided. In the present review, refer to quality assessment of diagnostic accuracy studies (QUADAS), we reviewed the bias in subjects selection, index test, reference standard and flow in diagnostic accuracy studies. The sources of the bias and the potential solutions were discussed.关键词
