Abstract
Objective: To study the human papillomavirus (HPV) genotypes and their distribution character in uterine cervix in Xiaogan.Methods:The investigated group comprised 7 780 patients from Xiaogan Central hospital since Jan 2010 to Oct 2013. All the cervical samples were analyzed by TCT and the SPR biosensor. The SPR biosensor could detect 16 types of high-risk HPV and 8 types of low-risk HPV at the same time.Results: Twenty four HPV genotypes were detected out, the positive rate was 20.55%, the infection based on hrHPV; the positive rate of hrHPV was 18.07%, among which the most HPV16 positive. HrHPV positive rate was 12.28% in 7075 cases NILM, but there was a statistical difference in the average virus load of NILM from other groups. With an average viral load increasing, TCT showed more severe cervical lesions. hrHPV infected persons in 26 years of age group has the highest infection rate.Conclusion: HPV infection has regional characteristics in Xiaogan. A comprehensive analysis of TCT results, HPV infection status, viral load and the age factor in guiding clinicaltreatment programs was of signiifcance.关键词
