Abstract
RET fusion gene with an identifiable clinicopathological characteristics, is present in 1% to 2% of non-small cell lung cancer patients, and its treatment is effective by RET inhibitor, suggesting that RET fusion gene is a new target for individualized treatment to the patients of NSCLC.
