Abstract
With regard to the rocky desertification regions in Guangxi, the author introduced the distribution;analyzed the economic and social situation as well as the water regime;discussed the water conservancy development achievements and problems; and put forward the countermeasures such as increase of input from central government, implementing accurate and effective poverty alleviation, strengthening local self-support capability, setting up long-term development system.关键词
