An overall summary and assessment was made on the 12th 5-year Planning of Guangxi water conservancy, based on which the authors analyzed the existing problems and shortages, studied and put forward the overall idea and layout for Guangxi water conservancy reform and development in the next five years according to the new requirements of Guangxi social and economic development as well as building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.关键词
