南宁市良庆社区居民功能性胃肠病发生率及相关因素分析▲
Incidence of Functional Gastrointestinal Disease and Its Related Factors among Community Residents in Liangqing,Nanning
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the incidence of functional gastrointestinal disease ( FGIDs) and its re-lated factors among community residents in Lianqing , Nanning .To provide the references for FGIDs prevention and control.Methods A FGIDs symptoms questionnaire designed according to Roman ⅢDiagnosis Standard,anxiety self-assessment scale ( SAS) and depression self rating scale ( SDS) were adopted to conduct a random survey among 300 community residents in Liangqing ,Nanning .Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the related risk factors of FGIDs.Results Thirty-four cases of FGIDs were detected in the survey ,the detection rate is 11.33%.Uni-variate analysis showed that seven factors such as smoking ,drinking ,depression ,anxiety ,eating cold foods often ,eating foods irregularly and eating spicy foods were main influencing factors of FGIDs among community residents in Lian -gqing .Multivariate logistic regression analysis suggested that drinking ,eating cold foods often ,eating spicy food ,anxiety and smoking were the high risk influencing factors of FGIDs among community residents in Liangqing ( P﹤0 .05 ) . Conclusion Drinking ,eating hot and sour foods as well as cold foods more ,anxiety ,smoking are risk factors of FGIDs among community residents in Liangqing .关键词
