高通量血液透析对血清 β2-微球蛋白和甲状旁腺激素的影响

Abstract
Objective:To investigate th effect of high flux hemodialysis on serum β2-microglobulin( β2-MG) and parathyroid hormone( PTH) .Method:60 cases of hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was treated with conventional low-flux dialysis, and the observation group was treated with high flux dialysis,before and after treatment,the level of serum β2-MG, PTH was compared between the two groups.Result:There was no statistically difference in β2-MG, PTH between two groups at the beginning (P>0.05), and no statistically difference in control group of serum β2-MG compared with before the frist hemodialysis ( P>0.05) ;but the serum β2-MG, PTH in observation group after dialysis was significantly lower than before dialysis, and the levels were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05);after 4 weeks, there were no significant change of serum β2-MG, PTH in the control group(P>0.05), but the serum β2-MG, PTH in observation group was significantly lower than before treatment, and the levels were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically signif-icant (P <0.05).Conclusion:High-flux hemodialysis can effectively reduce serum β2-MG, PTH levels in hemodialysis patients,and it can reduce dialysis-related amyloidosis, renal osteodystrophy and beneficial car-diovascular disease and other complications.关键词
