支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞治疗颅内宽颈动脉瘤的疗效及并发症分析
The Curative Effect and Complications Analysis of Stent Assisted Coil Embolization in Treatment of Intracranial Wide-necked Aneurysms

Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of stent assisted coil embolization in the treatment of intracranial wide-necked aneurysms and analyze the corresponded complications.Method:145 cases of intracranial wide-necked aneurysms were recruited,75 cases of them received treatment in stent assisted coil embolization, served as observation group, 70 cases received treatment in balloon assisted coil embolization, served as control group.The curative effect of observation group was evaluated through comparing the degree of embolization and survival quality after surgery of three months.Meanwhile, the complications occurred in surgery in both two groups were statistically analyzed.Result:The instant complete embolism rate after sur-gery of control group and observation group was respectively 77.1 percent and 78.6 percent, which showed no distinguished difference between groups ( P>0.05) .The good prognosis rate after three months of control group and observation group was respectively 97.1 percent and 94.7 percent, and there was no significant difference between groups ( P>0.05) .The complications occurrence rate in control group and observation group was respectively 4.3 percent and 5.3 percent, There's no significant difference ( P>0.05) .There werethree complication cases in control group including one case of spring coil moving, one case of rupture of an-eurysms and one case of cerebral arterial thrombosis and four complication cases in observation group invol-ving one case of acute thrombosis, two cases of vasospasm and one case of cerebral arterial thrombosis.Con-clusion:The curative effect of stent assisted coil embolization in treatment of intracranial wide-necked aneu-rysms is affirmative, and it can take charge of balloon assisted coil embolization in clinical treatment of in-tracranial wide-necked aneurysms.关键词
