子宫肌瘤患者血清 MMP-9 EGF 水平及相关性研究
The Correlation of Serum MMP-9 EGF and Uterine Myoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the correlation of the levels of serum matrix metalloproteinase-9 aswell as epidermal growth factor and the uterine myoma , to clarify the possibility of both factors as clinic ex-amination indexes of uterine myoma.Method:Selected 62 patients with uterine leiomyoma treated by surgery as case group , at the same time,40 healthy women were selected as control group.The levels of MMP-9 and EGF in both groups were detected by ELISA method.Result:The levels of MMP-9 and EGF in case group were significantly higher than those of control group ( P<0.01) .Compared with patients suffered in the excep-tion of submucous myoma, serum levels of MMP-9 and EGF of patients with submucous myoma were higher. There were significant differences ( P<0.05) .The levels of MMP-9 and EGF were not correlated with maxi-mum diameter of uterine myoma ( P>0.05) .Conclusion: MMP-9 and EGF are correlated with the patho-genesis of uterine omyoma , and they can be used as clinic examination indexes.What' s more, they have significance in diffrerentiating the position of uterine leiomyoma.关键词
