Abstract
Objective:To investigate and analyze the application value of fiberoptic bronchoscopy in in-tensive care and airway management of elderly patients in ICU.Method:Randomly divided 88 critically ill patients into two groups by table of random number method, the control group used conventional artificial air-way management, experimental group used fiberoptic bronchoscope in the management of artificial airway on the basis of control group, observed and compared clinical effect of two groups.Result:After treatment, the total effective rate of the experimental group ( 93.18%) was significantly higher than in the control group ( 68.18%) , The temperature, no rale in pulmonary, white blood cell levels returned to normal and pulmona-ry lesions absorption of good proportion (95.45%, 88.64%, 90.91%, 86.36%) in experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group ( 68.18%, 61.36%, 59.09%, 59.09%) , There's statisti-cally significant (P <0.05).The incidence of airway humidity not enough (9.09%) in experimental group was lower than that of control group (56.82%), There's statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:Fiberoptic bronchoscopy has extremely high application value in management and treatment of critically ill airway ,it can accurately remove respiratory secretions, maintain airway smoothly, it should be widely ap-plied in clinic for the safety and good effect.关键词
