脊椎钉棒固定系统联合椎体间植骨治疗腰椎滑脱症临床疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of spinal nail-stick fixation system combined with intervertebral bone-graft treating lumbar spondylolisthesis.Method:The clinical data of 85 cases with lum-bar spondylolisthesis were analyzed retrospectively.All patients were treated with spinal nail-stick fixation system combined with intervertebral bone-graft.The follow-up results of the patients were observed.Result:All patients were followed up for (15.4±2.1)months averagely.The clinical total effective rate, overall reset rate of lumbar vertebra and fusion rate after operation for the last follow up was 92.9%, 94.1%and 96.5%. JOA score, the height of vertebrae interval, subluxation distance and subluxation angle 1 month and 6 months after treatment improved evidently compared with that before treatment.Conclusion: Spinal nail-stick fixation system combined with intervertebral bone-graft in treating lumbar spondylolisthesis has great clinical value, and the spondylolisthesis is satisfying, the intervertebral space height keeps good, and pedicle fusion rate is high, which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
