Abstract
Taking Heilongjiang Bayi agricultural university as a case, on the basis of problems in construction of high-level talent team, starting from the conception, mechanism and environment factors to innovate the thinking of high-level talent team construction. Teaching and creative scientific research team were used as platform, and target-oriented responsibility system was implemented,and a series of mechanism and method of attracting, cultivating and utilizing talents was adopted.Some beneficial reference could be provided to high-level talent team construction of general agricultural colleges and universities in China.关键词
