Abstract
In order to promote development of the Heilongjiang agricultural industry cluster moderately and rea-sonably ,through analysis of the current development situation of Heilongjiang agriculture industry cluster ,the factors which restricted its development foundation ,level and competitiveness were found ,and practical and fea-sible countermeasures and suggestions were put forward from economy ,mechanism and policy ,by following way :to strengthen the government's guidance and support for agricultural industry cluster ,to develop new agri-cultural economic organizations ,to strengthen the supporting role of sci-tec in agricultural industry cluster ,to strengthen the construction of social service system and vigorously implement the strategy of regional brand .关键词
