金银花不同花期花蕾质量及指标成分含量比较分析
Comparison of Bud Weight and Index Ingredients during Different Flowering Phase in Lonicera j aponica
摘要
Abstract
To determine the optimal harvest stage of Fengqiu honeysuckle ,one thousand-buds weight and index ingredients contents changes were compared and analyzed at seven different flowering phases .The results showed that one thousand-buds weight at different flowering phases had significantly differences .The content of chlorogenic acid was 0 .350% -2 .501% ,and the con-tent of luteolin was 0 .036% -0 .207% .The content of index ingredients also had significantly differences .The best harvest time was from two-white period to great-white period .This fing-dings could provide theoretical support to the guidance of harvest and comprehensive utilization of honeysuckle .关键词
