基于“治未病”理念下的四维一体综合干预技术防治CRF临床研究

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the multi-target comprehensive intervention technology with the combined quaternity use of traditional chinese medicine oral administration, enema prescription, bath lotion and point massage and observe the clinical efficacy in patients with CRF. Methods:The patients with CRF were randomly divided into treatment group implemented with the quaternity intervention technology and control group given with western medicine aldehyde oxide starch, and the curative effects were estimated by observing objective symptoms improvement and the change of biochemical index including Scr, Bun and Ccr of the patients in two groups. Results: The results showed that there were significant differences between two groups in the improvement of Scr, Bun, Ccr (P﹤0.01) of the patents after 3 courses (90 days) of treatments. Conclusion:It could be concluded that the quaternity intervention technology is significantly effective in prevention and control of CRF, and worthy of clinical application.关键词
