GC-MS Analysis for Root Exudates of Chinese Cabbage
摘要
Abstract
By the recycled water collection system , the root exudates of Chinese cabbage were collected .After being eluted with methanol and extracted with normal hexane , the samples were analyzed by GC -MS.Fifty compounds were detected , mainly including aliphatic hydrocarbons , aromatic hydrocarbons , esters, carboxylic acids , and halogen-containing and sulfur -containing compounds.Among them, the relative content of aliphatic hydrocarbon was 38.980%, and 1-methyl-1-phenyl-2-cyclopro-pene accounted for 6.282%of the total content.关键词
