Abstract
In order to meet the operation demand of the information war on the flexible military information network, this article proposes the construction of network system structure of the strategic early warning and command information system based on group characteristics, in terms of the group characteristics possessed by the operational elements themselves. At first, the social evolution process of the strategic early warning and command information system network is studied, next, the self-organizing social group topology and the running state of the strategic early warning and command information system network is simulated by taking the OPNET network simulation software, and finally, the network performance indexes are analyzed in comparison to the various simulation scenarios. Simulation outcomes show that the group characteristics-based network system structure is distinctly superior to the traditional fixed network topology structure with respect to the network average delay and network throughput and the like.关键词
