Abstract
Objective:To understand clinical significance of skin prick test in chronic urticaria and atopic dermatitis .Methods:The skin prick test results of 20 cases with chronic urticaria and 33 cases with atopic dermatitis were analyzed and summarized .Results:The highest positive rates were dermatophagoides farinae (78.79%and 75% respectively) and house dust mite (75.76%and 70%respectively ) both in two groups .There were statistically significance in response rate between two groups(χ2=9.04,P<0.05;χ2=12.35, P<0.05), and the positive rate of cow's milk(χ2=8.00, P<0.05) also has statistically significant difference .Conclusion:The patients with atopic dermatitis are more allergic to house dust mite and dermatophagoides farinae than those with chronic urticaria , while the result of cow's milk is in the contrary .The skin prick test is an effective method to look for specific allergens and reduce relapse of the diseases .关键词
