北京市海淀区14570例外来人口皮肤病回顾性分析
Retrospective Analysis of Skin Diseases in the 14 570 Immigrating Population in Haidian District of Beijing

Abstract
Objective:To understand the incidence of skin diseases in the immigrating popula-tion in Haidian district of Beijing .Methods:The data from the newly diagnosed outpatients at the dermatology department of our hospital from July 2007 to June 2009 was retrospective analyzed . Results:Of 17 218 new patients studied , immigrating population was 14 570 ( 84.62%) , of which the proportion of men to women was 1.037∶1, and the mean age was 25.58 ±24.62.Ecze-ma/dermatitis was the leading diagnosis ( 49.10%) , followed by infective-virus skin diseases (16.65%), parasitic infestations (8.89%), fungal infections (6.79%) and sweat gland disor-ders ( 6.17%) . Of the common skin disease , the order of high frequency was eczema (21.86%) , followed by verruca vulgaris ( 11.51%) , papular urticarial ( 11.46%) , urticaria (9.30%) and scabies (6.77%).Resident population was 2684 (15.38%), of which the pro-portion of men to women was 0.954∶1, and the mean age was 55.47 ±20.16.The common diag-nosis in the population was eczema/dermatitis ( 53.17%) , tinea manuum pedis ( 19.60%) and seborrheic keratosis (8.65%).The immigrating population was significantly younger than the res-ident population ( t=14.57 , P<0.01 ) .There was no statistical difference of the occurrence rate of eczema , popular urticarial , urticaria and acne between the two groups ( P>0.01 ) .The propor-tion of tinea manuum pedis and seborrheic keratosis in the resident population were significantly higher ( both P<0.01 ) , while the proportion of verruca vulgaris was significantly lower ( P <0.01 ) , in comparison to that of immigrating population .Conclusion:A higher proportion and younger age are found in the immigrating population at the department of dermatology of the hospi -tal.Except eczema, popular urticarial, urticaria and acne, there is difference between the inci-dence of the common skin diseases of the two groups .关键词
