急性白血病住院患者生活质量及影响因素的调查研究
Quality of Life of Acute Leukemia Inpatients and Its Influencing Factors

Abstract
Objective To understand the quality of life of acute leukemia inpatients, to explore its influencing factors, to provide evidence for clinical nursing intervention and to improve the quality of life of acute leukemia inpatients. Methods Totally 150 patients with acute leukemia were investigated with a self-designed general status questionnaire, Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy -Leukemia and Karnofsky Performance Scale(KPS) and the data were collected for statistical analysis. Results The score of quality of life of patients with acute leukemia was 111.91 ±23.49. The multiple stepwise regression analysis indicated KPS score, income, bleeding or not in recent one week and treatment stage entered into the regression equation of quality of life. Conclusion The quality of life of acute leukemia inpatients, in terms of status of function and emotion, remains poor. KPS score, income, having bleeding or not in recent one week and treatment stage are the major influencing factors.关键词
