Research on Urban Carbon Emissions Inventory and its Application in Planning
摘要
Abstract
This paper systematically reviewed related studies on urban carbon emissions inventory, especially focus on current studies of the urban greenhouse gas inventory in China. The paper also emphasizes application of the urban carbon emissions inventory for low-carbon urban planning through four case studies. The article’s conclusions includes: Planner in China has duty-bound obligations and responsibilities to introduce the concept of low-carbon to urban and regional planning;the greenhouse gas emissions inventory is very important for the urban transformation in China; studies of Planning to mitigate climate change wil undoubtedly have great significance and scientific value.关键词
