摘要

Abstract

Labeled for corn stalk diameter round bales after the relationship with the baler twine tension ,through the stud-y of the simulation of baling after the corn stalks to simplify , introducing the basic hypothesis and theory analysis , estab-lished a bundle of rope tension and the diameter of bundles;Select full ripeness Chengyu 18 corn stalks as test materials , design test method , after the strapping round bundle of experiment of different diameter , measuring a cord tension; On the analysis of experimental data processing results show that with the increase of round bundle of diameter , cord tension is nonlinear .The test of corn straw cutting , laying and collecting baling technology has practical significance and theoreti-cal reference value .
