摘要

Abstract

According to mechanical vibration and fatigue failure problems during operation on Baling compression mecha -nism , modal analysis theory is used natural frequency and vibration mode of baling compression mechanism is carried on by using the Block Lanczos method based on modal analysis theory , large deformation region of crank slider mechanism on the deviation is obtained , the harmonic response analysis of key points in the region are extracted , the maximum har-monic peak and resonance frequency of the key points are obtained , resonance and large distortion is most likely occurred in baffle of compression propeller middle of the crank and crank for output Power of baling compression mechanism with hinge joint of crank .The resonance phenomenon of the baling compression mechanism is easily occurred in the frequency of 116.89Hz, 130.31Hz, 508.36Hz, 621.49 Hz, 750.35Hz, methods are proposed for the easily deformed region of weak link by using welded reinforcement plate , adding connecting bolts ,etc.In order to void frequency of the resonance points .It provides theoretical basis for the selection of transmission mode and improvement of the whole structure .
