摘要

Abstract

Safflower is not only important herbal medicines , but also the ideal edible pigment .since the differences of safflower in the variety , soil conditions , climate and other aspects , the material properties of safflower are also different . Safflower of yumin stingless was focused in this paper to carry out its measurement and analysis of biological characteris -tics of safflower , which was widely planted in Xinjiang .Determined the performance of petals in different days after saf-flower’ s blooming , studied the variation of moisture content -separating force of the safflower petals , and the relation-ship between moisture content and surface area of safflower was analyzed .The results showed that:the moisture content , separation force and suspended speed of safflower petal are decreasing with the increase in maturity .
