水稻钵盘精量播种装置投种过程高速摄像验证分析

Abstract
In order to study the seeding device investment mechanism , discriminant rice throwing velocity , drop height and angular velocity of a cast replica of rice , this paper obtained the variation of speed and time , rice vertical displace-ment and speed and tilting angle and velocity by simulation , and the simulation under the same conditions case , using the high-speed camera technology for online on the three image , and obtained the curves of these three changes , analy-sis, by comparing the test results with the theoretical results , movement for rice process is mainly affected by the tilting angular velocity , turning plate length , plate over the rice quality quality , parameters such as the velocity , displacement increased trend , so as to distinguish rice throwing velocity , drop height and plate turning angular velocity on the invest-ment effects of rice in the process of providing the theory basis .关键词
