摘要

Abstract

In order to monitor and gather the groundwater level data of irrigated land area in Sanjiang Plain in real time , a wireless based water level monitoring system is designed .Ultrasonic sensor is used as part of the terminal to collect and monitor the water level in real-time.GPRS networkis utilized to transport the water level data from terminals to the moni-toring center .Water level data are then processed , stored and displayed along with the automatically generated figures and curves about water-level changes.The experiment result shows that the measurement error is between 0 .1 cm and 0.5cm.The system proofs to be capable of monitoring the water level of irrigated land area in real -time while work-ing in a very stable condition .And the system is also valuable of providing scientific evidence for the local authorities to wisely and rationally develop the groundwater resources in the irrigated land area .
