零转弯半径草坪机行驶平顺性建模仿真及试验研究
Simulation and Experiment Research on Ride Performance of Zero Turning Radius Mower
摘要
Abstract
Ride performance of ZTR ( Zero Turning Radius) mower directly influences the driving comfort.In order to study on the ride performance of ZTR mower, WBZ122919K-S ZTR mower was used as the experimental mower.A three degree of freedom model was developed using the lagrange method.The ride performance simulation model of ZTR mower was established in Matlab/Simulink based on this three degree of freedom model.The indicator is the RMS ( Root Mean Square) of acceleration of operator’ s position and the vibration level.Finally,the correctness of the simulation mod-el is verified by the experiment.According to the relationship between the evaluation index and subjective feelings, sub-jective feelings of this mower are proposed, and it is a reference for improving the ride performance of ZTR mowers in the future.关键词
