棉花打顶机研发历程及其研发重点探析
Development and Prospect of Cotton Topper
摘要
Abstract
This paper explains of the development of cotton topper and analyses the mainstream cotton topper.The 3 main types of cotton topper including field surface fluctuating tracking topper( FTM) and top shoots height tracking top-per, the latter including the topper that multi-cutters taking a body and tracking all together( HTM) and the topper that each cutter tracking one the height of top shoots of one row and tracking independently( HTE) .FTM is not a validity way of tracking.HTM cannot track the height of each row precisely.HTE is a correct way of tracking, but complicated in structure.This paper point out HTE is a prospective way of tracking and toppers is expected to modify in the sensors, cutters, actuators and racks.关键词
