增量 PID 控制算法在沼气工程中的应用

Abstract
This paper states that in the biogas engineering gas-supply process, there is the problem that upper and lower limit regulating pressure style lead to instability pressure, and gas stove use efficiency is not high, one-fold frequency conversion control style at the expense of the motor service life.So developing a set of system which use the Siemens PLC as controller, and use incremental PID algorithm with the implementation of the field structure, realized large and medium-sized software rural biogas project work securitily and stabilitily and orderly.Incremental control to avoid the frequent starting of motor,the PID algorithm realized the gas supply stabilitily, improving the combustion efficiency of gas cooker.关键词
