Abstract
T he rapid development of new media technology has posed a serious challenge to the basic Party construction work,especially on the students Party members’education and management work in tertiary edu-cation. Based on the new characteristics of research on new information media, only to strengthen and improve the basic party construction work, and innovation of Party building work content, form, method, means and mechanism, can the new position be occupied in the basic Party building.关键词
