摘要

Abstract

The novel strapping machine controller based on C8051F020 MCU is studied in this paper to over-come weaknesses like low degree of automation and complex structure, higher costs and so on, when we use relays as controllers to control the action of the implementing agencies of the strapping machine. Both hard-ware and software designs of the controllers are introduced in detail. According to the strapping machine's work process, the timing of the work of the implementing agencies is designed in accordance with the idea of sequential control. The output power of the heating head is controlled through adjusting the PWM pulse width.
