Abstract
The European Union IPPC instructions play a significant role in preventing and controlling the industry pollution and emission, and BAT reference documents are the important support for IPPC instructions. The general situation, text structure and main content about European Union BAT reference documents are introduced, and the enlightenment of pollution prevention in Chinese dyeing and finishing industry are also proposed.关键词
