Study on the Evaluation System of Site Selection of Rural Settlements and Its Application：A Case Study on Jishan Township in Anji County, Zhejiang Province
摘要
Abstract
The science and rationality of site selection of rural settlements have great significance for sustainable development of rural human settlements in China. Combining the preliminary research on the subject, this paper summarizes the current problems and chal enges of site selection of rural settlements. Based on the analysis of influencing factors which are closely related the site selection, the paper studies the subjection degree and determines the evaluation index, formulating the evaluating framework of site selection that reflects the layers of demand of rural working and living from basic need to overal development. By using GIS and AHP methods, the paper gives further evaluation to the cluster of index system, based on the case of Jisan Township in Zhejiang Province, in order to give the support of decision making in terms of the layout of rural settlements and spatial planning.关键词
