Abstract
The article elaborates the problems existing in the index system of water resources management and assessment, analyzes the characteristics of water resources management and assessment in Shanghai, teases the index and index-hierarchy of The Most Strict Water Resources Management, establishes the index system adaptable to the three red lines on responsibility and assessment of water resources. Combing the basic data and being supported by the product of the index, the system realizes the collection and processing of index data,gets the results of index on water resources management and assessment as the basic on water resources management and assessment, and provides support for business management and decision-making. With the construction of the index system, it designs the basic framework of index system, carries on the effective exploration on application of informatization on water resources management and assessment in Shanghai, supports the most strict water resources management as the technical way.关键词
