不同稀释液对貉精液常温保存效果的影响
Effect of Different Diluent on Raccoon dog Semen of Normal Temperature Preservation
摘要
Abstract
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different dilutions on racoon dog semen stored at room temperature and screen-ing appropriate formula .Taking raccoon dog semen diluent after 17℃constant temperature preservation ,every 8h testing the indicators ,up to the loss of sperm motility until recording semen indicators .The experiment was repeated for four times .The results showed that four kinds of dilution within the 8h were able to maintain sperm motility .The sperm motility of A and D group diluents were still greater than 0.7 ,which could still reach the minimum standard for fresh semen insemination .The sperm could be stored at room temperature for raccoon dogs and used for artifi-cial insemination .关键词
