根据深孔钻进对金刚石钻头性能提出的新要求,从结构改进、金刚石选择与匹配、原材料优选、配方创新、制造工艺优化及针对地层优化性能参数等几个方面入手,研制了新型高胎体低温烧结钻头,通过野外现场试验验证,取得了较好的效果。
According to the new requirements to the performance of diamond bit for deep hole drilling, starting from the im-provement of structure, selection and matching of diamond, optimization of raw materials, formula innovation, optimization of manufacturing process and optimal performance parameters in view of stratum, a new bit with high matrix by low-temper-ature sintering was developed.Good effects are achieved in the field test.
