In combination of engineering practice, principles and actual practice effects of the combined application of the flaring pier and other energy dissipaters (such as flip dissipater, bottom dissipater and surface dissipater) as well as of the application of the flaring pier on the spillway at bank.Additionally, development and application of the new flaring pier in China at present are introduced.关键词
